1. General

This website and service (collectively, the “Site”) are owned and operated by Claw Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as My Own Stock Guru (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site in any manner — including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, registering an account, or subscribing to any plan — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our License to You. All content, materials, features, and functionality on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, signal alerts, watchlists, AI analysis, software, and the overall look and feel — are the exclusive property of Claw Media LLC and/or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

Your License to Us. By submitting any content to us through the Site, Discord, or email (including comments, feedback, or trading results), you grant Claw Media LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with our services and marketing materials. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

You may not frame, inline link, or otherwise embed any content from the Site into another website or service without our prior written permission.

3. Signal Alert Services

My Own Stock Guru provides stock and options signal alerts, AI-assisted market analysis, watchlist tools, and a Discord community (collectively, the “Services”). Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.

All signal alerts, market commentary, and analysis provided through the Site and Discord are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. See our Disclaimer for full details.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends on day 8. Free trials are limited to one per customer. Creating duplicate trial accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Automatic Renewal. All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Claw Media LLC to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@myownstock.guru. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.

Refunds. All subscription purchases are final. Because we provide a free 7-day trial before billing begins, we do not offer refunds after the trial period ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@myownstock.guru.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect for existing subscribers.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. User Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Site and Services, you agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Services using your account.
• Redistribute, resell, or re-publish signal alerts or any proprietary content from the Site to third parties without written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Company staff or other members.
• Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content in any community feature (including Discord).
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or any associated systems or networks.
• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or other users' accounts.
• Engage in market manipulation or any activity that could constitute a violation of securities laws based on alerts received through the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Services immediately and without refund for violation of these conduct standards.

6. Registration & Passwords

To access the Services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@myownstock.guru of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Claw Media LLC will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAW MEDIA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAW MEDIA LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER MONETARY LOSS — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAW MEDIA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CLAW MEDIA LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claw Media LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Claw Media LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 2, 7, 8, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@myownstock.guru and provide a written description of the dispute, your desired resolution, and your contact information. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.

Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida, or remotely if agreed by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Claw Media LLC.

13. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe in good faith that materials on the Site infringe your copyright, please send a notice to our designated DMCA agent at support@myownstock.guru with the following information: (i) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
